The Mallette Law Firm was started in Mobile, Alabama in 1999 and focused primarily on DUI criminal defense. Since then we have branched out to new locations and new practice areas. Our practice areas include criminal defense, personal injury and worker's compensation cases and we have offices in Mobile, Jackson and Gulfport, Mississippi.

About Todd Mallette

Todd Mallette
Todd Mallette is originally from Niceville, Florida and he is a graduate of the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Todd has been practicing in Alabama since 1999 and in Mississippi since 2012. He graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, MS. Todd has been married since 2013 and he and his wife have two young children. In addition to his practice, Todd has a passion for aviation and has a private pilot’s license.
